1. Selection Criteria

We are looking for software startups in the AI sector at an early stage, preferably not yet established, regardless of their geographical location, where we can be co-founding partners. We are not interested in Business Plans; we are interested in your talent. We offer an investment package consisting of services and capital up to €250k and free incubation periods from 3 to 6 months at our locations in Italy (and soon in the United States). Our main areas of interest are artificial intelligence and Generative AI.

2. Investment Process

Our selection process is designed to be fast and efficient. After your online application, we will proceed with an introductory call followed by a second deep-dive session. Each stage of the process is completed in less than two weeks, ensuring a quick response. If we like your project, we will offer you a three-month incubation program leading up to the investment committee.

3. Our Hands-On Approach

We are not typical investors; we are your growth partners and your next co-founders. You can count on a market-leading partner by your side, supporting you 360°. Unlike others, we do not just observe from the back seat. We offer deep active support, helping you in all crucial phases: from go-to-market to MVP development, funding, and financial management.

4. Incubation Path

Our incubation program lasts from 3 to 6 months and offers intensive development to create your MVP, validate the offer through our network, and support you in the go-to-market phase up to Seed, benefiting from our international network of investors.
