FoolFarm Spa is a joint-stock company founded in 2020 by Andrea Cinelli. We are a venture builder specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Deep-Tech. We invest in and build the next generation of innovative AI companies. With over 30 years of experience and successful exits behind us, we provide know-how, investments, and methodology to create new startups.
History
FoolFarm, an innovative Spa under Italian law, was born in 2020 from the vision of Andrea Cinelli post-exit from Inventia srl.
Since 2021, it has been operating in Milan, supported by over 30 business angels and CRIF Spa.
Growth accelerated in 2022 with the entry of prominent investors such as IBL Banca, KPMG, Moratti Sapa, Renato Dalla Riva, and others.
In 2023, FoolFarm Spa opened a second office in Lecce.
2024 marks a new milestone: a €9.4M round at a €30M valuation, welcoming Credit Agricole, FoolVenture LLC, AddValue Spa, and other key investors.
